Although it\u2019s set to officially publish in the Federal Register on Wednesday, the rule makes clear it would be enforced \u201cimmediately\u201d pending the ongoing court cases.<\/p><p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/modernhomejournals.com\/?p=2978\">Trump Threatens to Rename Lake Ontario \u2018Lake America\u2019 as Trade War Escalates<\/a><\/p><p>The Supreme Court ruling Monday did not address that the rule has been finalized, but indicated that federal courts need to allow that to happen before they block rules.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFederal courts review final rules, not proposed rules\u2014and certainly not antecedent internal directives to propose a rule.
