Is on Track to Control Armory Land Near RFK Stadium<\/a><\/p><p>U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani\u2019s ruling replaces an earlier temporary restraining order in the protracted legal battle over President Donald Trump\u2019s order to crack down on mail-in voting. The decision, handed down 60 days before Election Day, further delays implementation of a rule allowing the Postal Service to compare mail-in ballots to the federal government\u2019s list of eligible voters.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe court concludes that disenfranchisement for Plaintiff Organizations\u2019 members, regardless of residence, is practically inevitable,\u201d Talwani wrote in the Friday ruling.<\/p><p>The judge added that the immediate implementation of the rules \u201cthreatens disenfranchisement of millions of United States citizens who seek to vote by mail,\u201d while the record contained \u201cno evidence relating to fraudulent mail voting to support the rushed
